a) Direct Services

These are tours and experiences that we operate ourselves. When you book one of our own tours, you enter into a contract directly with Uk-tourism.com. We are responsible for delivering the tour as described.

b) Referral Services

We also provide an affiliate referral service connecting you to external providers who offer flights, accommodation, transfers, rental cars, tickets and independent tours. These partners include brands such as EconomyBooking.com, KiwiTaxi, LocalRent.com, TicketNetwork, Tiqets, Trip.com, WayAway, and WeGoTrip, managed under the Travelpayouts affiliate network.

When you book through one of our referral links, your agreement is solely with the third-party provider, not with us.

2. Our Role and Liability
a) Direct Services
  • We are responsible for service delivery, customer support and tour safety.

  • We will provide clear information about inclusions, exclusions, timings and conditions.

  • If there is an issue with a tour we operate, please contact us directly so we can help.

b) Third-Party Services
  • We do not manage reservations, payments, cancellations or service delivery.

b) Third-Party Services
  • We cannot cancel, modify or refund bookings made with partners.

  • You must follow the provider’s cancellation and refund rules.

  • We strongly advise reviewing their terms before booking.

6. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they meet all entry and travel requirements, including:
